Midi info not following tempo track

Hi All,

I have added a tempo track starting at 94 bpm after the intro I changed the tempo to 106 bpm. I would have expected the midi to get faster and follow the tempo but it doesn’t, it still plays back at 94 while the metronome clicks at 106.

In the first instance I added an audio track and did tempo detection to find the tempo of the song I want track with midi info. This is where I got the tempo info from.

I have removed the audio and track from the project.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Set the track to musical timebase.
