MIDI Input for multiple notes doesn't work as expected (Cubase 13 regression)

I’m in Cubase 13.0.41, this bug as a regression from Cubase 12.

It’s used to be that if I have MIDI Input on

And selected a few notes:

And they play something on my keyboard, it will change the selected notes:

But it actually changes other notes now:

Not sure why it does that, or how to fix it, but it’s really annoying and disturbing my workflow, as I was relying on that feature to change chord voicings.

Is this a confirmed bug? When will it be fixed? Is there a setting I need to tweak?
I checked again in Cubase 12 and it does work exactly as I remember it.

Interesting scenario. There was a change in this area and it might lead to the described behaviour.

I will double-check it later.
