MIDI input insert to scale black key velocity?

The controller keyboard that I’m using, like other inexpensive keyboards, puts out higher MIDI note velocity for the black keys vs. the white keys. Does anyone know of an existing MIDI insert that can be used to scale the velocity of just the black keys?

it should be possible in Logical editor.

use the delete all black keys preset should be the quickest way, then change delete to select. save as your own preset and have it handy for next time
