midi insert preset

hi,when i click on the select preset button on a midi insert,nothing happens.i.e no presets appear
any clues
i have 10.0.40 pro

Hi,

Probably the installation is not complete. Try to reinstall Cubase. Make sure you:

  • Download and install from the Full Installer.
  • Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unpacked folder.
  • Install as administrator.
