Just updated, loving the new features and all, but I’m having a persistent issue with my Arturia Keylab Essential Mk. III not being read by Dorico. Works fine in Cubase, standalone plugins etc., but Dorico does not accept input from it. I’ve been searching the forums and have found potential fixes from past versions, but nothing is working. Any ideas?
Is it checked as an input in Preferences?
Yes, there are four options and I have tried the recommended settings, checking only the KL Essential 88 mk3 “MIDI” option and unchecking “DINTHRU,” “MCU/HUI” and “ALV,” as well as other combinations of those options.
Do you see the little green light in the bottom right corner when you play on it?
Unfortunately not.
Could you please post a diagnostic report (Help > Create Diagnostic Report)? Thanks

Attached! Yesterday I was finally able to get it working by unplugging the keyboard from the computer itself instead of from the back of the keyboard. But today even that isn’t working.
Thanks for the data. Unfortunately I can’t find anything wrong in the logs and things.
The audio engine always recognises your keyboard, so yes, I would expect it to work.
What I wonder a little bit, you have the advanced option User WinRT MIDI enabled.
Usually you need to set this when you are working with BlueTooth-MIDI-devices.
Did you turn on that option deliberately or just by accident.
What if you switch it off, same situation again?
Ulf, disabling User WinRT Midi plus a reboot appears to have solved the problem! That must have been enabled in error, I don’t know why I would have enabled it. Thank for your help!
