On occasion I will be working and inputting pitches from my midi keyboard or even during playback, and the pitches are no longer accurate. If I stop and restart the playback usually that fixes it, but I have at times input material only to find out it is the wrong sound, not matching the note I played on the keyboard…any thoughts?
Do you have a pitch bend wheel on your keyboard? Is it possible that you’re nudging it or that it fails to return to its central position?
I do, but that hasn’t been the case. It is, however, an older keyboard. I will take a closer look. Thank you
