Using VST Live 3.0.60 opening the MIDI lane for inspecting a MIDI track and picking CC 127 just says unknown in the GUI. (See attachments)
Additional question, is it possible to view the Program changes or CC messages in text form to verify them? Similar to MIDI monitor but for the MIDI tracks/files? It’s very difficult to see the PC changes between 0, 1, 3 in the current lane.

I confirm - there is “unknown” replacing CC 127.
About your question. Route MIDI track to Virtual MIDI out 1, then in MIDI monitor select Virtual MIDI in 1. You will see everything coming out from MIDI track.
To see MIDI data in plain text, you can open the MIDI List Editor from the Edit menu. Is this what you’re looking for?

But the “unknown” is still there and cannot add CC points to it.
