I’m saving my midi lane setup as preset, but as soon as I open the midi track again, the preset is not showing.
F.E. I have an orchestral score, the woodwinds use CC1, CC20, velocity and expression maps and so on. I save this as a preset and close the midi editor window. When re-opening the same midi track immediately again, then there’s no problem. But once i’ve worked in another track and go back to a track which has a preset on it, the preset is gone and I have to load it again from the menu every time.
Roaming the forum and internet shows me that this issue was already present in version 9, but I thought this was addressed with later updates. Unfortunately this bug now appears to be still active in cubase 11.
I’m on windows 10 64 bit, 64 GB RAM, Cubase 11.0.30, everything running on SSD’s.
I hope someone has a solution, this is very time consuming and frustrating.
