I’ve trying to find a solution to this for a while now and I’m on the verge of going insane…
I’m using an Edirol PCR 50 MIDI keyboard and I want to be able to change what the faders and knobs control in my VST instruments. I’ve the MIDI learn function is the way to do it but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it and all the info I’ve found online is pretty advanced in relation to this and I’m pretty much a noob.
If anyone can tell me how to do this (in Layman’s terms) I will be very very grateful.
Yeah but then what? How do I select which funtion I wanna change? Is it just a matter of moving the knob on the VST then moving the knob/slider on my Edirol? and which order do I do it in?
I’ve tried doing this before and nothing happens…
It depends a bit in different VST’s, but they usually let you rightclick on the control you want to control and select midi learn. Then you move your knob/slider and job’s done.
