Please see the attached screenshot. Obviously, playback NRPN data somewhat resembles the recorded NRPN data from my desktop synthesizer. Except some filtering, which probably makes sense, so far so good.
However, the MIDI List Editor seems to reduce the events to 7-bit (0-127).
Is there any way of seeing exactly what is going on / edit the 14-bit data?

I had the range on “0-127” and resolution “1”. With “0-100” and “1.00”, it looks like I would expect it to.
With Midi 2.0 we step away from the 7bit resolution and the question is how to display the new value ranges. Steinberg opted for a percentage based approach, where 0 is the minimum and 100 the maximum value.
While these NRPNs are from Midi 1.0 in Cubase 15 the internal handling was changed to a Midi 2.0 compatible style. Instead of four messages we only see one now. That makes things more comfortable but it seems the List Editor is not quite up to the task yet if the preference is set to the traditional 7bit range.
