Operating system?

How did you determine the computer recognizes the device, and what do you mean by “cubase does not recognise it”

If this is Windows 11 24h2 or higher, and you have a KORG driver for that mini korg installed, you’re going to need to uninstall it. It is no longer required, and can prevent other devices from coming up properly.

Additionally, if you’ve installed the Akai driver for the MPK, uninstall that. Those drivers crash on close, and always have. Never used to be that much of a problem because they would only crash the single app, and when it was closing. Now it causes problems system-wide because we have a centralized MIDI service.
