Hi.

First, a little confused right now, when asking bout stuff that MIGHT be in C6, hard to know where to post.

When editing 100 notes in a row with a little different velocity levels. I want to lower them all, but keep the individual differences. How do i do that? i.e mark all and set new level

You can keep relative volumes by selecting a series of notes and applying an incremental change up or down at once.
