Midi Panic suggestion

Hi. Midi hanging continues to be an issue with Cubasis more than any other mobile DAW I use. I understand these bugs are hard to pin down, so I just wanted to suggest putting a midi panic button on the main menu, rather than in a track’s submenu. Not only would it be quicker, but if you’ve got a lot of odd sounds or haven’t labeled them all really well, it can be even longer to hunt down which track is hanging. Not everything is as easy to identify as “guitar” or “piano.”

Thanks.

Hi @James_Smith3,

Thanks for your message and welcome to the Cubasis forum!

It should work fine to open the “Routing” tab of any MIDI track, followed by tapping the “MIDI Panic” button to end hanging notes. No need to hunt down for specific tracks.

Hope that helps!

Stay safe,
Lars

Wow. I had no idea. Thanks.
