Midi Part automatic cut , so it starts with the first note

Hi, does anyone know, if there´s a function in Cubase Pro9 to automatically cut midi parts , so they start with the first note played? ( something like a " strip silence" function for audio. Thanks

Hi Tilo,
Cubase does not have its own command for this. But you could do the job with a macro:

Select the MIDI part to be shortened and start the macro.

It is best to create a keyboard command for this macro.
