Midi part name not included in copy..? PC Cubase 15.20 Pro

Hi All

Cubase 15. 20 Pro has caused me an unusual problem.

When I copy and paste a midi part it shows the Track Name but not the part name I have given to identify it.

There are some similar posts from 2018 but they end in work arounds…

Any clues appreciated, thanks, joe

Hi,

Disable the Parts Get Track Names from the Preferences > Editing, please.

Midi part names have worked for me since Atari days, has this preference changed recently?
