I noticed yesterday after working on one of cubase projects when i play my m-audio midi keyboard that on the cubase editor displays the note is a sharp higher. would be very helpful if some could help me with this.

Do you have an input transformer active? If not read your keyboard manual about how to reset transpose values.
IO just did switched off and switched on the keyboard, all setting back to defaults. Thank you for the tip anyway reading the manual:) it helped me.
