MIDI recording offset before the playhead

Hi,

I have an issue when I am recording through MIDI, I don’t have any other MIDI hardware so I cannot test, but it works on other software so I assume it comes from Cubase.

Here is a little video of what is happening when I hit a key on my keyboard. The MIDI signal is detected correctly, I also have sound when I hit a key, but the recording is always a few seconds early, before the playhead.

Do you know where this could come from ?

Hi I have probably something similar… but half a beat before… on Cuubase 15.0.30. It’s frustrating because it was working some month ago (for some reason, this computer was off during this time)…

When you play the note, you hear the sound at the right time ? in the track, if you enable monitoring, does it change someting (for me nothing)
