I have a Nectar Panorama CS12 and I have some issues with MIDI Remote.. My plugin maps are there, but my maps from the API itself seem to reset every time. IT’S VERY ANNOYING.
Assignments can be global (G) or project-related (P); the latter can therefore change depending on the currently active project.

Yes, I understand that. I’ve modified it three times since it updated to V15. It didn’t happen with V14.
I just had a look at this myself and with v15.0.5 and plugin params mapped to CS12 user pages using Global scope and focus mode set to ‘track select’ and new assignments appear to be maintained across projects and startup.
User assignments are stored in a file at ~/documents/Steinberg/Cubase/MIDI Remote/User Settings. It may be that your user settings file has become corrupted somehow so could be worth deleting it (back it up first!).

Thanks Tim, you’re always there to help, and that really says a lot about you and your company. I’ll look into what you mentioned and see what’s going on. I found it strange that it failed; I counted at least three times since C15.
I did what you told me. I deleted those files and recreated my maps (user 2, default EQ and QC). In fact, before doing all this, Cubase had already lost my mappings again.
I’ll keep you updated.
