Midi Remote on-going problem

Hello. I am using Artist 14 with a M-Audio Oxygen 61 controller.

I have to manually input all of my controller knobs, buttons etc using Midi remote. It is quite a long process. My settings have now disappeared twice in a week which is very annoying and time consuming. There has been no crash. They have disappeared just by normal start up and close down.

Is this still an on-going problem as I am considering reverting back to Reaper.

Any help appreciated.

Are you using Windows?

If so, have you applied the fix for the broken InMusic MIDI drivers? See here Windows MIDI / Audio and search for “inMusic Driver fix preview”. The fix is due to be rolled out towards the end of April via Windows Update.

Might not be the same problem, but just in case.
