MIDI remote problem

Hi guys, I have Cubase 12 and Roland A-88MkII.

Here is the problem.
When I set up Midi Remote for A-88MkII, I tried to add pads of A-88MkII into Cubase 12, but I could only add the 1st pad but the 2nd-8th pads.
I selected trigger pad on the left side of Midi remote tab, and pressed pad of A-88MkII, but I could add just the 1st pad of it and couldn’t add the 2nd, 3rd, 4th…8th pads. Instead, Cubase told me I pressed the same pad (1st pad) when I pressed the 2nd or other pads.
Here is a video.

Hello, I have to guess that these pads are assigned to the same cc (or note) messages, with perhaps different values. By using the dedicated control editor of the a-88 you can reassign your pads to different messages.

If the Element is “blue”, the incoming MIDI message is already bound to it. To go on creating more elements, just click on the grid next to the “blue” element and the “red” cursor-element is back.

Only when seeing the “red” element, the MIDI learn mode is listening.
