Midi Remote Mappings Disappeared Cubase

It seems to have something to do with saving projects. For me, the contents of the global mapping file are regularly deleted after I close Cubase. Cubase does not crash, but closes normally. Another problem seems to occur when loading projects with old assignments. In my screenshot, you can see that my M-Audio file is 10 KB in size. The assignments are still there.
