Midi-remote-scripts- how do you access project data?

Im playing with the new scripts. And how do you access project data?
For example the change of status of Delay Constraint Compensation?
Im looking into mHostAccess but the only thing that might be useful is the getbyindex,
but index to what? And what about generate KeyCommands? It is easy with the built in editor.
