Midi remote - sliders > mixer faders

Hi,

I’ve been reading the manual sections on midi remote as well as sifting through countless videos, and I’ve assigned functions and macros successfully to all my controllers

Though when it comes to assigning the mix console fader levels to my midi controller faders, I just can’t figure it out. I just want the basics, to control all the faders, 8 at a time and bank onwards to the right with assigning a button for banking - can someone please nudge me in the right direction as I’m going crazy with frustration.

Do I need to assign ch 1 through 8 to faders, then make a new mapping page and assign ch 9-16, and make more and more mapping pages just like that?

Hi,

I expect, you are using the Mapping Assistant, right? In the Fumction Browser go to the MixConsole > Mixer Bank Zone > Channels. Here you can assign the faders of channels 1-8. Then in the Mixer Bank Zone > Actions assign the Bank Left/Right buttons.
