Hi. Do you know how to set channels on the Midi input to Cubase? I have an arranger that sends notes on 16 channels to Cubase on the PC via USB. I want to create 16 separate paths for each channel so that nothing gets bothersome. Each track has one channel assigned to it and it plays all that are sent from the arranger. There is no problem with Studio One, everything works fine. Each track plays only one selected channel. How to bite it in Cubase? Greetings
All notes from all channels are played on each track. It has to play one midi channel on one track. All midi channels play on one track. It does not go to set one midi channel for one track.
Set the track channel to “ANY”
You can also do this using the Cubase Input Transformer.
There is a set of presets for this called something like “Filter out channel”
I’m switching from StudioOne to Cubase. Can you tell me how to find and use these two functions?

Hi,
There are even factory presets to filter MIDI Channels on the Input Transformer.
Hi,
Where are these factory settings? My menu is empty.

Hi,
Please, copy all the Steinberg presets from
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 10.5_64\Presets
