I own both Cubase Pro 9.5 and Live 9 & 10… Now that that’s out of the way, the one thing besides a more modern, intuitive approach to beatmaking for Electronic and Hip-Hop/R&B producers that Cubase lacks is MIDI routing.
I caught myself trying to route midi with such ease in Cubase like I do in Live but it is horribly archaic. Maybe I’m missing something about Cubase and midi routing but it needs a major overhaul/improvement.
Am I missing something that I didn’t understand or see in the manual or do I need to totally leave behind how I view midi routing and the signal chain in Cubase?
