I use sends a lot almost as extra inserts to send CC data and Modifiers to the same synth that that track is outputting to.
I want to avoid sending duplicate notes, my current method is to use the pre/post insert button but this only works if it is a MIDI insert that is generating the notation - such as StepDesigner, etc.
So I propose a single button per Send.
I would actually add to this and say that having an input transformer per-send would be appreciated, but maybe should be in conjunction with this note-off idea as the notes-off button would be nice and quick, and then if needed to be more custom, ie, only certain notes are off, the input transformer could be used.
I realize that the input transformer can be inserted on the send, but that takes up the only available send-insert slot.
