I’ve noticed with N6.0.7. Trial version, that the higher I set the ASIO latency (Fireface UFX) in Device Setup, the later the Midi parts sent to external midi gear play back.
I’ve not noticed this before so I’m probably missing something basic here.
For example, with a latency of 512 samples I have to set midi delay on the Midi tracks to something like -48; with a setting of 1024 samples the Midi tracks need something like -64 delay to keep things playing in sync.
Any ideas?
I’m having to increase the latency to combat the performance peaks and crackles and pops.
