Could someone please explain to me why Cubase can’t take my MIDI data, already perfectly timed to a tempo track, transform it into audio, and place it back on the tempo track, still perfectly timed, and not 20 bars longer? I just don’t understand. Thanks.

can you post a screenshot and describe tbe steps involved, please?
Did you bounce or render a VSTi track which MIDI events were perfectly aligned beforehand?
