MIDI Track Fader re-assign to any CC

Hi-is there a way to re-assign the FADER on a MIDI track to any CC number? Naturally, it defaults to 7 (verified with MIDI monitor), but I can’t find a way to change it.

Thank you. My goal is to use MIDI faders (from MIDI tracks) as CC controllers for VSTs. That way I can utilize my Eucon mixing surface to write CC automation. I realize there’s other ways to do this, but I envision this as being the most elegant and efficient.

No, for this case, it wouldn’t work. You cannot assign other but MIDI CC7 to the faders this way.
