Midi transform (Swap CC1 to CC11 and CC11 to CC1)

Hi everyone,

My apologies if this has been asked before, I was wondering if there was a way to swap CC1 to CC11, and CC11 to CC1 (EW HO Strings…) I can do it on CC1 to CC11 but I can’t seem to be able to do it for both at the same time. I’d prefer for it to work live rather than after the recording.
