When I trigger the midigate myself (using my controller), everything sounds smooth and nice. As soon as I play back the trigger notes I’ve recorded I get crackles (both on press and release) which makes it unusable.
I’ve tried increasing the buffer and tried many different settings in the studio setup, with no luck. I’ve even bought a new Focusrite Scarlett 22, in case it was my previous outdated interface at fault.
Anyone have any ideas?
