Migrate Insert FX presets from older Cubase

Hello!

i trying to migrate my Inster FX presets from Cubase 5 to Cubase pro 8.

And i cant find the file whic one is responding about my Insert FX in Cubase5. I have found InsertsFolderPresets.pxml but i think Cubse 8 cant read it, because in Cubase 8 insert FX presets called FX Chain Presets
