Minor annoyance with the Steinberg Hub

I don’t know if this is a function of my trackball (my mouse device) or if it is due to the Hub itself, BUT…

if I try to scroll down through “recently opened” files in the Hub, a single touch of my scroll wheel sends the Hub flying to the very bottom.
I’d like it if when scrolling the page stopped scrolling down when I am not actively moving my scroll wheel.

I don’t have this issue from within my browser or even from within Dorico itself.
It only happens in the Steinberg Hub.

I’m wondering if this is something for which I need to seek a solution somewhere in my trackball’s features, or if it is an inherent function of the Steinberg hub.

I am using a trackball myself, a Logitech MX Ergo - just love that gadget. I just tried reproducing your issue on my machine (Windows, Surface Pro 9), but couldn’t. But I checked: You can create a diagnostics report from the hub without having any files opened, maybe posting one here might give a Steinberg employee a clue to what’s wrong.

I don’t have a problem on macOS 15.4.1 either (Macally Xmouse).

ok, here’s the diagnostic report generated from the Hub:
