Renaming a template makes it unavailable until Hub is reloaded. There’s no “refresh” option for the Hub, so choices are load a song or template then close it, or restart Cubase.
It might refresh if you un-check and re-check “Templates” in the Hub Settings.
Good thought, I did try that but it did not refresh.
