It’s no big deal, but as shown in the attached image, there’s an inconsistency in the way Cubase 9.0.20 displays when INSERTS are disabled (white dot) vs. when Bus/Track visibilities are disabled (black dot) in the “MixConsole”.
Unless I am missing something it looks correct to me. The white dots are all visible in the mixconsole and the black dots are not.

Blue dots indicate which INSERTS are active. Yellow dots indicate which INSERTS are bypassed. White (not black) dots indicate which INSERTS are inactive/shut off.
