Minor UI issue - tool windows not resizable vertically

Hi!

I have a minor issue with UI in latest WL (12.0.50), I cannot resize tool windows vertically, resizing horizontally works ok.

Works ok in WL 10 and 11, and I can’ really remember if it worked or not before updating to WL 12.0.50.

Anyone else having this problem?

Any clues to what how to fix, am I missing something here?
Will maybe try to re-install previous version to see if it works better.

Not sure what you mean because I can’t reproduce this problem. Maybe add a screenshot.
