Misplaced Audio Folders = Corrupt Projects in Cubase 5

I accidentally deleted a folder called Cubase Projects with all of the audio files, edits, and images for all of my Cubase projects. Thankfully I had everything backed up, so I moved the project files into new, more logical locations and used the Resolve/Find Missing Files function in Cubase to restore my sessions. However, when I did this a lot of the audio came out stretched;the wave forms look altered and the audio plays back at a dramatically slower speed than it should. Additionally I am getting a lot of “Invalid or unsupported file!” errors for no apparent reason stopping me from fully recovering my sessions. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on how to recover my sessions?

Anyone?
