Miss match between Cursor, events and cut tool

Hi!

I’m editing some tracks just now and find out this weird thing. I wanted to cut an audio event exactly in the begging of the bar, but Cubase 7.0.6 is showing what I put in the attach file, says that I’m at 5.1.1.0 but is the screen the snap is a little bit to the right.

So I don’t know if is some kind of screen error or Cubase isn’t handle the audio event the way I want…maybe I’m missing something?
