Currently working on a Big Band arrangement in Dorico 3 Pro and ran into a problem with a missing barline in the middle of my score.
The time signature is 4/4 and as can be seen the barline is missing.
Searched the forum but could not find any relevant information pointing towards a solutiion.

Any help/advice is appreciated.

Turn on View > Signposts > Time Signatures. Hopefully there’ll be a red signpost above this bar. If so, delete the signpost. If that doesn’t work, try deleting the previous barline.

View > Signposts > Time Signatures was already turned on, but no red signpost above the bar.
I placed the 4/4 time signature at the beginning of the faulty bar and then the barline appeared.
Then I removed the time signature and luckily the barline stayed.
Not sure it if will work in every situation though.
