Missing Cautionary Accidentals

Please see the screen shot and notice the missing Cautionary (Courtesy) Accidentals that are missing in m. 55 from Trombone, Euphonium, Bassoon and Tenor Sax. I did not make any changes in the Notation Options on this piece. They seem to be set correctly but the accidentals are not there. I can send a Dorico file if that would be helpful.

Never Mind. I went to the Properties Panel and found that “accidentals” had somehow been switched to “hide”. I switched it to “Show” and they appeared. Not sure how that happened.
