Since you have neither the Flow number nor the Flow title, it’s possible that you inadvertently deleted the Flow Heading frame at this place.
In Engrave mode, check the Pages area in the right hand column. If there’s a red triangle on page 38, right-click and choose “Remove Page Override(s)”
