I have a fresh install of groove agent SE5 and I am getting on some of the presets the red dots with a white line and I am unable to load them as if they are missing. Why would that be? how do I fix it? See attached image. Thx [image]

This is a known bug we’re all facing related to the 5.2.0 maintenance update. Steinberg is aware of it and working on a fix.
