I am trying to understand what I am not doing or was there an update issue when I went from 9 to 10.
I can see the SE instruments when hit F5 or go to the media bay on the drop down and I can even add a track in that way but when I try to add an instrument track none of the Library appears in the window The rack cant load anything. I have checked for a zipped file support told me was the cause but I cant find any compressed files anywhere.
I hope I’ve described this sufficiently.

You have to install the Steinberg Library. This is your sound files interface where you can locate all your sound files. Also note - you can store your sound files off the main C drive and link the Library to it. Have fun.
