Also for me the same thing after the transition from e-licensing to Steinberg Licensing

Same here. I had it working fine in eLicenser, then did the move to Steinberg Licensing and it is not working. It downloaded through Download Assistant and shows up in Library Manager, it is activated in Actication Manager, but when starting Cubase it reports a missing license for it. Only for Scoring Percussion, everything else works fine. Any help? Ideas?

Any news? Was it fixed?

Not yet! Still not working for me! Double checked everything and Cubase reports “no License found” for Scoring Percussion on startup … Logic dictates it is something that Steinberg needs to fix, we cannot ALL be wrong here … right?

I hope they solve the problem soon … I am using this beautiful library in several open projects

I am sorry to hear this. Have you checked the Steinberg Download Assistant for updates?
If there are updates for the applications or the content shown in “My product downloads”, most of those will show up in a temporary category called “Updates”. See below (sorry for the German screenshot)

Give the Steinberg Download Assistant some time up sync the status.
If everything appears to be up-to-date, for those who haven’t done so yet, please check the Steinberg Activation Manager. Is the license set to active in there?

Hi, I have updated the Download Assistent, downloaded and installed Scoring Percussion several times. I’ve also activated and deactivated the program a couple of times but nothing happens. The program is activated in the Activation Manager. :slightly_frowning_face:

Download Assistant does not show any updates.
I removed the library (Scoring Percussion), redownloaded and installed again by Steinberg Download Assistant but the problem remains. I also disabled and reactivated the library several times from Activation Manager but no results.

Same here … i keep on downloading Scoring Percussion every day in the hope that it will be a new, fixed version … but it still does not work. I have all the latest software versions installed (Download Assistant, Activation Manager, Library Manager … ) My License is Activated, Scoring Percussion is present in Library Manager, but when i start Cubase it reports a “Missing License” error … only for Scoring Percussion, everything else is fine … I also see the Updates in Download Assistant, but nothing related to Scoring Percussion.

I needed to submit a similar support ticket, but the webpage does not let me, it simply redirects me to my local distributor, who is just a reseller and cannot help at all. Can you please also look into this too? Why is it impossible for me to submit some text to you for a support question? My only hope for contact is through this forum …

Same, same problem. Purchased two days ago and have not yet been able to use it. Kicenza missing but perfectly activated in “Activation Manager” and present in the “Steinberg Library”. I sent ticket yesterday but still no response.

I believe this has already been fixed today. If you’re still getting a “missing license” error, please close your DAW software, run the Steinberg Activation Manager, and click the refresh button to the top right.

Indeed, there were two variants of the license and the second one is now also recognized properly when accessing the Steinberg Activation Manager.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience!

Great! :blush::v::sparkles:
