Missing license for upgrade from dorico pro 5 to 6

I paid for the update to Dorico 6 from 5 but it still says missing license. I have an access code but cant open because the error message states missing license.

Have you added the access code to your account? You can do this in the Steinberg Download Assistant (button in upper left), or in the MySteinberg website at https://account.steinberg.net/products?continue
