Missing licenses

Having tried all the usual updates and looked at the articles on migration of liecnses, i am at a complete loss. In Halion (and therefore cubase), when I open the media bay which brings up a list of all instruments, lots of the instruments display a red cross in the first column, indicating missing license. There are loads of them missing. After waiting in vain for an answer to a support ticket (4 weeks), I’m told sorry about the wait but you’ll have to resubmit another support ticket (which I have now done). Every time I open download assistant it seems I get another error message, today it was unable to view Choir elements (and half my other programs). I have been a user (and a payer) for many years, but it seems to me something has gone quite wrong. While I wait for a reply to the next ticket, can anyone help?

I don´t really know for sure what you need help with. You should be more specific. What is not working? “some instruments is red” don´t really give me much to go from.
I was one of them who had big problems with Steinberg Download Assistant and I actually did go to the step to reinstall my system to fix it.
if I was you I would at least login to my Steinberg account and look at all your licenses to see what you actually have. then I would go to Activation Manager to see what is there. Then I would look at the Library manager to see what is actually linked for my instruments and Cubase… and if you download assistant don’t work go download the software manually.
just stating oh I am missing some stuff and I want it back it is hard to say what is wrong. try to be more specific. list your operating system, Cubase version etc. may say something about Choir Elements like tried to load it into Halion but cant find it in preset or similar
