Missing MasterRig and Steinberg plug-ins

I am writing to you because I am experiencing an issue with my WaveLab 12 Pro software. I am a registered user of WaveLab 12 Professional, and I have discovered that the MasterRig plug-in is missing from my installation.
According to the information available, MasterRig is included with WaveLab 12 Pro. I have tried reinstalling WaveLab 12 Pro, but the problem persists. I only have a very limited number of plug-ins available.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.

MasterRig is missing from new install of WL 11

I installed WL 11 earlier today. MasterRig is missing. I have checked ignored plug-ins — not there. I have forced a plug-in detection, twice — still no MasterRig. I was previously using WL 9.5, and MasterRig was present there. Running Win 10, updated. Thanks for any help.

Maybe also check your Preferences → Plug-ins → Organize. Search for the MasterRig plug-in (should be under Steinberg > Mastering, depending on sorting) and see if it is even there and see if it is checked correctly under Effect.
