Missing MasterRig on version 11 and also SuperVision

Hi ! I have installed Wavelab 11 (with latest update) on 2 PC computers, one of them works fine with all new great features, but the 2nd installation have less plugins, not the MasterRig and the SuperVision.

Any suggests?
