MISSING OR NO Presets in MIDI INSERTS

Hi everyone

I run 64bit Artist 6.5.4. The affected midi inserts are:
Chorder,
midi echo,
Arpache 5,
Arpache SX ,
Auto LFO,
step designer,
micro tuner

I did a reinstall, fresh reinstall and tried the 6.5.0 version and updated to 6.5.4 again but the presets are still missing.

I would really appreciate any help resolving the missing midi INSERT presets.

After further research this seems to work : copying the whole presets folder from:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 6\Presets
to
C:\Users\ABC\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 6_64\Presets

Thanks! I just had to do the same for Cubase 7, this is pretty lame on Steinberg’s part! Ok if you’ve got Cubase 6 or earlier, if not you’re stuck!!

hi guys,
Do you know how to fix the same problem on a mac.

I can open cubase6.app and see the presets but dont know where to copy them so they can be seen when cubase is running.
I am running cubase artist 6.5.5

Hope some can help. Really need the chorder presets

Is there a fix for the mac running mavericks, cubase artist 6.5.5

Need to find out what folder to move presets to so they can be picked up by the midi plug in.
