Just reinstalled Cubase Elements 8 after not having used it for a while.
Opened up an old project and noted some missing plugins. Added the folder into Plugins Manager. Scanned. Found all of the plugins, BUT the ones that are missing from the project. They are Soundtoys plugins, specifically decapitator and echoboy. It found the rest of the Soundtoys suite, but not those ones.
No matter what I do I can’t get it to recognise they are there. Have moved folders. Checked blacklist. Done a complete new “collection”.
I had the thought that the version missing from the project may have been an older instance of the plugin. Version 2.1 instead of 2.4 or something like that. But regardless it should still pick up the new instance of the plugin right??
